About me

I am a highly qualified, international experienced maritime specialist. I worked at P & I Scandinavia (Denmark) and has experience from a.o Føniks Shipowners and I have work at Torm as Deputy Demurrage Manager (FD&D Lawyer). I have experience from Charles Taylor Consulting Company (London) with the Standard P&I Club and Richard Hoggs Lindley as an intern. Furthermore, for four years I have been a legal advisor in the Copenhagen Legal Aid Organisation.

I hold a cand.jur (Master of Laws) degree from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark and a LL.M in International Maritime Law from Swansea University, UK (2010). In addition, I studied English Legal Methods at the University of Cambridge (United Kingdom), and at the Summer Law Institute in Suzhou (China).

I have been an Associate Editor In Chief at the Nan Yang Law Review (Shanghai) .I have a professional active world wide network. I speak Danish (mother tongue), English, Norwegian, Swedish and German.

As a legal maritime specialist I handle, solve and explain complexed legal issues in the simplest way possible. That it is complexed does not mean that the outcome has to be a complex explanation. A specialist should not give you a complexed answer to a question, which is complexed. Specialists are hired to give a full answer, considering and understanding its complexity, but providing a simple answer for commercial employers, clients and costumers. That is what I do in my work.

In the this calender you can follow some of the official maritime events I have attended, and the events where you can meet me in the future.

I enjoy; cooking, music, trumpet playing and cutural events with friends.
